I think we all agree that the perfect way to end the day is with an effortless night’s sleep. Our mist contains Essential Oils that have been blended to promote a feeling of well-being and create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.
To Use: Either mist a pillow a few minutes before bedtime, or if you have very sensitive skin (as I do), just spritz some mist into the air and let the soothing aromas help the tension of the day ebb away, leaving your mind and body calm and relaxed before sleep. This makes a perfect partner to the Long Day Bath Soak or the Sleep Well Bath Soak

…..so we all know the benefits of Lavender Essential oil in helping us relax and go to sleep….but…….not all of us LOVE Lavender and some find it overpowering, so we’ve come up with a cunning plan. We have Lavender Oil in here aplenty but we’ve added Cedarwood (soothing and calming) and a teeny bit of Bergamot (relieves stress) to create a scent that we think is just gorgeous and a little bit different! If you love Lavender you’ll still love this and if you don’t love Lavender – you’ll still love it!

Naturally occurring Citral, Geraniol, Benzyl benzoate, Farnesol, Limonene, Linalool.

I absolutely love my sleep mist. One of best investments. The scent transport me instantly to feeling like I am lying in a meadow with the sun on my face. Smells so natural and subtle. Absolutely love it. Really helps those nights when kids struggle to settle too. They would probably have Mummy’s nice stuff every night if they could. Would definitely recommend. By far the nicest sleep mist/ pillow spray I have ever tried.
