Do you deliver to my country?

We are pleased to say that we deliver globally. Please see below for our domestic & international delivery costs and times.

UK Delivery Information

Orders paid for electronically are normally despatched with 48 hours or within 7 days at the latest. Orders paid for by cheque or Paypal echeque are sent out following cheque clearance (normally an extra 3/4 days)

We send smaller parcels with the Royal Mail via first class which normally takes 1-2 working days. Larger orders are despatched using either Royal Mail ParcelForce or a national carrier which takes 3-4 working days. Urgent orders can be delivered by next day parcel delivery if requested upon payment of an additional charge. Please mail us for further information if you need an urgent delivery.

Europe Delivery Information

Orders paid for electronically are normally despatched with 48 hours. Small orders to Europe are normally sent via Royal Mail Airmail which normally takes 3-5 working days. Larger parcels are sent by a Royal Mail International Standard Service takes 5-7 working days. Delivery times will vary according to region. Please note, deliveries may be subject to additional handling charges. Taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges also vary and are calculated and charged when your package reaches its destination country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery.

World Wide Delivery Information

Delivery Information – USA and the rest of the world
Orders paid for electronically are normally despatched with 48 hours. Small orders to the USA and the rest of the world are normally sent by Royal Mail Airmail which normally takes around 7 working days. Larger parcels are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and take 5-7 working days. Delivery times will vary according to region. Please note, international deliveries may be subject to additional handling charges. Taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges also vary and are calculated and charged when your package reaches its destination country. Please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied to your delivery.

How will my package arrive?

All packages will be sent in a plain brown mailing Box. We use biodegradable packing chips or recycle packaging that we receive. Individual products will be wrapped in tissue or tissue and protective packaging if very fragile. Products will only be put in one of our Gift Boxes if this option is chosen as an optional extra at the point of purchase.
