This refillable large Shaving Bowl has a nice large handle which makes it really nice to hold – you can slip your thumb in the handle and get a really firm hold on the bowl while you lather – and yes I accept the comment that when it is frothed ready to use it does look a little like a cappuccino……I make this 100% natural Sandalwood Shaving Soap from pure Olive Oil for a creamy, moisture-rich lather to which I’ve added a warm, spicy blend of Essential Oils including Sandalwood, Clary Sage and a touch of Clove, which is known to be antiseptic. Extras in the Sandalwood Shaving Soap include a Comfrey infusion which calms the skin making this shaving soap gentle enough for the most sensitive of skins. I’ve also added Castor Oil which makes it really smooth and creamy and some Bentonite Clay which helps your blade glide effortlessly across your skin. All in all I’ve worked on this recipe to get the best shaving soap that I could – all you have to do is decide is which pot you’d like it in. This pot holds double the amount of the smaller pot so for most of my customers this pot is likely to last the whole year. To Use: add hot water to pot and your brush and whisk up a lather, apply to damp face using circular movements. Shave. Rinse out pot and upturn to drain between uses.

cripes the small pot lasts me a while – this year my wife bought me this bigger cup – This will last me easily more than a year. Glad its the same same soap though as it’s the only one I can use on my skin – I panicked when I opened it and thought it was something different – glad you’ve kept it the same
